It's actually quite simple: I'll guide you through your exercise routine using a digital program. To learn more about you, we'll set up a video call so I can learn more about your lifestyle, hobbies, goals, past and current injuries, and more.
Based on these answers, I will create a balanced workout for YOU.

I call it a digital program card because you can watch exercise videos, which will help you get the technique and execution right.
Each exercise has a video link attached.
Training
Depending on many factors, such as how many times per week you plan to exercise, how many minutes you have available for each workout, your goals, and any injuries, I'll create a workout routine that's right for YOU.
I have clients who change their exercise routines monthly, others weekly, and some daily. It's entirely up to you.
