Full-body workout to be done in a circuit (no rest between exercises, do one set of each exercise without rest, after the last one, rest for 1 minute, repeat the entire set again. Total of three sets.

 

Equipment needed: Small elastic band and large elastic band.

Can be done at home or at the gym.
